Sales Account Manager Elevators/ AFET/ Jeddah
What you will do
Identify and target new customers with new sales opportunities.
Develop brand image and prequalify brand with industry consultants.
Initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the Division.
Achieve revenue and unit sales target through effective sales process management, increasing customer retention and efficient sales development strategy.
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the key consultants and contractors within the construction industry.
Proactively managing customer requirements for on-time delivery taking into account lead-times, product specification changes and customer demand
Ability to manage every element (including but not limited to estimation, preparation/submission of quotation, negotiation, submission/approval of shop drawings/ technical submittals) of the sales process on an individual level as well as a team.
Collecting market data and perform analysis for lost projects
Remain abreast with latest regulations, standards and good working practices within the industry in relation to Elevators and Escalators.
Any other works assigned by superiors from time to time

Required Skills to be successful
Job-Specific Skills:
Possess KSA Driving License.
Able to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency
Self-motivated with skills to motivate others
Strong verbal and written communication skill

Education:
Engineering Degree or equivalent
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
5-8 plus years of experience
