Plan, schedule and execute Project Plan.
Evaluate the progress of a project on site by studying technical resources like drawings, maps, and reports.
Identify possible challenges and create a well-drafted cost analysis report for the project.
Ensure timely sourcing of required raw material and tools by contacting respective vendors.
Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety.
Support planning, pricing, bidding and tendering for new projects.
المهارات
Proven working experience in civil engineering.
Problem solving and utilising 2D and Civil 3D computer models.
The ability to be flexible and adapt to different working conditions.
Remarkable command in developing accurate reports consisting of detailed information on materials, calculations, cost estimates, and other parameters.
Good command of managing different aspects of an ongoing construction project with a knack for motivating the workforce effectively.
Degree in Civil Engineering (Must)
At least 15 years from graduation date. (Exception for Saudi nationality 8 years )
Preferably 5 years experience or more in Environmental projects.
