Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions
Recording patient vital signs and medical information
Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions
Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patient and significant others to understand care requirements.
Promotes patient’s independence by establishing patient care goals; patient and family education to understand medical conditions, medications, and self-care skills
Assisting, carrying out, administering medications and treatments (eg. Wound care, NGT, etc.) as per doctor’s order
Adheres to health and safety protocols of the company and regulatory body.
Adheres to protocols, norms, rules and regulations on both company and regulatory bodies.
Must always have a professional attitude.
المهارات
Proven nursing experience.
Pertinent qualification in Nursing with hands-on experience in handling relevant duties and responsibilities.
Excellent in communicating with patients and other medical staff and understanding the need of a particular situation.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for managing assigned duties with utmost sincerity.
Caring and compassionate nature.
Proficient in working with a diversified team to improve the service for patients.
