الوصف الوظيفي 2 Establish department Standard Operating Procedures “SOPs” development, renewal and qualification Complies with all QA/Safety standards and procedures.. 3 Controls overtime reports timely and accurately, to minimize head count cost. 4 Ensure the PDM (vibration, alignment , thermal) tools used effectively to predict the upcoming issues. 5 Ensure to achive the targets MPSA & achieve < 2% PR of breakdown with no Backlogs. 6 Follow up the repetitive corrective maintenance if possible to transfer to TBM. 7 Analyze the cronic issues of the lines to find a permanent solutions. Ensure the chronic issues solved. 8 Responsible to coordinate Yearly Employees Vacation Master Plan. 9 Prepares and coordinates manpower resources based on weekly maintenance plans & Ensure the effective execution of Plan. 10 Follow up QA, Safety, Food Safety and TPM requirements in the department to achive the targets. 11 Suopprt the technical development and training for the Maintenance teams. 12 Ensure his maintenance teams are performing all maintenance with right quality in the line. 13 Lead his area while preparing the S/D plan & carry out timely reviews of progress with quality work. 14 Ensure if down do Schedules are in Place for each production area I co ordination with Planning and operation team to (weekly/monthly as needed) 15 Check Consumable Spare Parts List inventory. Initiate Localization of Spare parts. 16 Apply lubrication system in the lines & 5 S in workshops & Support AM team team by applying defect elimination system and processes via OPLs & KAIZEN 17 Check with operational team leader for the job compliance in each shift & provide necessary coaching of shift Technicians if required 18 Check with maintenance teams and support them to achieve daily manufacturing targets… 19 Identify, Initiate the Technical Training needs of the Team. 20 Attend DDS meeting with no orders from Backlog Notifications and Verifies Accuracy 21| Follow breakdowns system According to breakdown definition in order to decrease the number of breakdowns 2% of OPE & OEE lead the RCA if required. المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/electrical-officer-4669505/ |
