Looking for an experienced and qualified Head Chef to handle cooking, and organizing kitchen’s activities. You will be the first in command in the facilities and will create and inspect dishes before they arrive at the customers ensuring high quality and contentment.
Responsibilities
Cook 8 kinds of main course, 3 kinds of breakfast, 8 side items (Everyday is different menu for one week, then repeats)
Leading, training, mentoring, and managing culinary team.
Develop and plan menus.
Create preparation lists for kitchen crew.
Manage food costing and inventory.
Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas.
Participate in interview process and selection of kitchen staff.
Schedule staff and assist in human resources processes as needed.

Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
Understanding of menu and recipe development techniques
Strong leadership abilities
Ongoing awareness of culinary trends
Well understanding of health and sanitation procedures and requirements
Education and Experience Requirements:
Formal culinary training / culinary degree
Minimum of 5 years experience in high-volume kitchens
Previous kitchen management experience
Bilingual English / Arabic
