الوصف الوظيفي The position is responsible for the planning, organizing, and implementation of the sales programs and coordination of sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. The position further determines sales potential and monitors the preferences of key accounts With the Objective to achieve corporate sales objectives Within the Limits of the Sales strategy, this position requires exceptional analytical, problem-solving and customer service skills. Area Sales Manager develops an overall business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals. Key Responsibility Areas & Activities Customer Relations Communicate with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and approach new opportunities that can help meet sales goals. Receive, log & forward complaints to the concerned department. Prepare required reports requested by Regional Sales Manager for review. Business Development Review business development and sales plans and develop strategies for establishing. Establish and maintain relationship with potential clients by regular visiting to identify sales opportunities. Providing exceptional customer service to all customers on a daily basis Performance Management Develop sales targets for sales supervisors based on department objectives for sales and profitability. Monitor the performance of Sales team member to ensure all required responsibilities are being successfully executed; providing internal training as required. Engage in conflict resolution as and when required. Sales & Negotiation Expand business opportunities by identifying prospects, developing relationships and recommending solutions. Develop proposals against customer queries. Reporting Review and present, Daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales Report to the Regional Sales Manager. Communication & Working Relationships: Internal: Finance, Operations External: Customers, Conference/Exhibition Organizers Problems & Challenges: Maintaining Customer Relationships at all stages. Sales team performance and efficiency Customers daily requirements/issues. Follow up with relat3ed department from order placed till closing. Coordination and communication for smooth workflow. المهارات Bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing/Sales With 4-7 years relevant experience. Job Specific Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision.
