الوصف الوظيفي with company market entry strategy. ● Understand decision making process for Type 1/Type 2 diabetes care including current situation and future objectives for uptake of insulin pump therapy and CGM across KSA ● Identify key buying and technical user influencers within High Priority accounts, developing strong customer relationships to fully understand priorities and objectives. ● Identify insulin pump renewal opportunities, through discussions with stakeholders and analysis of internal data, initiating activities to secure pump renewals. ● Maintain and update Business Development plans to develop and implement action plans which will achieve agreed business sales objectives. ● Liaise with budget holders, payers across the different healthcare institutions to identify and secure funding for insulin pump therapy. ● Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to identify needs, priorities and objectives around insulin pump technology, identifying and implementing sales opportunities to grow market share. ● identify and understand funding pathways/ processes for insulin pumps and CGM across the territory - and communicate to Management ● Gather and seek out information about customers, competitors and the market and ensure it is communicated to Management ● Prepare and communicate sales opportunities for new and current insulin pump patients, and provide forecasts to enable the business to plan effectively. ● Identify new opportunities to grow customer base for co product range to increase business within the territory - including cross team work with Company Diabetes Educators المهارات ▪ Clinical knowledge of Diabetes is advantageous. ▪ Fluency in Arabic and English ▪ Curious, achiever mindset with good negotiation skills ▪ Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community ▪ Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions ▪ Ability to work and interact with patient care professionals as part of an interdisciplinary team ▪ Excellent organization and communication skills ▪ Strong empathy and customer care skills ▪ A strong desire to make a difference تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/diabetes-sales-representative-4662133/ |
