Responsible for controlling costs, quality, customer satisfaction, speed of service, working to increase profitability, monitoring local competitors and their operations, making comparisons and presenting them to direct management. Responsible for the lack of revenue due to the unavailability of raw materials required for operation. Responsible for applying health and safety requirements (Civil Defense), as well as property insurance and others, and opening a file to keep documents with him.
