الوصف الوظيفي • Develops the sales function work plan, assigns work activities, projects and programs, monitors workflow, reviews and evaluates work methods and procedures, and directs such activities to serve the function goals and plans. • Proposes plans and programs that boost the effectiveness of the sales function at the company. • Sets the department’s long- and short-term objectives, communicates them to the subordinates, and ensures high quality achievements of the goals in a cost effective and timely manner. • Develops department’s strategy, plans, policies, and procedures that ensure a standardized, efficient, and effective flow of operations. • Develops annual sales plans for the company, budgets and sales forecasts and number of completed sales deals in accordance with the overall strategies and directions. • Prepares action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and sales quotas to be achieved by sale teams. • Follows-up developments and new technologies and adopts best international practices in the workplace. • Develops and implements a comprehensive sales strategy encompassing all aspects of sales management and participates in business planning and strategy formulation. • Makes strategic and critical decisions regarding stocks control, market demands and sale forecasts. • Maintains awareness of Iraq’s market for cars trends, understands forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitors the local competitors’ activities. المهارات • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Auto Engineering or Business Administration. Experience: • Minimum 15 to 20 years of Car Sales Experience • Minimum 10years of experience in a managerial position.
