Job Purpose
The UX Designer will define the design direction and vision for the company initiatives, working in close partnership with the Digital & Marketing teams. She/he will actively solve problems by applying innovative design approaches and industry ‘Best Practices’. She/he will communicate their ideas and solutions to colleagues in a way that provides clear direction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
Designing compelling product experiences based on organization needs.
Crafts effective and useable design concepts, interaction, and visual design artifacts with high attention to detail and accessibility standards.
Ensures that delivered designs are consistent with appropriate design systems and contributes to the continued enhancement and growth of design systems.
Collaborates closely with Product Managers and Product
Owners to speak on behalf of the user to influence the direction of a product or experience and its associated roadmap
Translate user needs, style guides, and requirements into elegant solutions for complex problems
Understand user’s needs and expectations, run design thinking sessions (brainstorming) to be sure they are solving the right problem.
Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and executives for review and feedback

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience in programming and ability to code simple prototypes
Experience with cross-platform design systems
Work Experience
2+ years of experience in designing digital products. Experience in finance sector is a plus.
Experience across iOS, Android and responsive web platforms
The ability to think at a high level and clearly articulate design decisions
The ability to understand technical implications or her/his design decisions and to take ownership of the design process and work as self-directed member of the team.
Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviour
Clean visual design sense and eye for details
Understanding of fundamental design aspects such as layout, typography, colors, etc.
Love to solve problems and be challenged
Expert level of Figma
The basics knowledge of the Adobe suite - Illustrator,
Photoshop, After Effects etc. Prototyping tools such as Marvel, Principle or Origami are a plus too
