Handling accounting roles and Bookkeeping
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations
Effective cash flow management, Budgeting, and Analysis
Preparation of monthly cash flow for presentation in the monthly review meeting
Maintaining petty cash transactions and statements
Monthly closing entries, accrual basis depreciation, and amortization
Bank reconciliation and payments to suppliers/vendors and aging analysis of debtors
Preparation of payment vouchers, checks, journal entries & all other transactions
Preparation of project & admin staff salaries
Ensuring the most efficient payroll process
Managing Taxation and Filling VAT Returns as per KSA regulations
Follow up and prepare weekly reports for the overdue payments
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
Working closely with other Departments in analyzing variances and cost analysis
Cooperation with external auditors to carry out the annual audit
Other financial management duties assigned by management
المهارات
Bachelor`s degree in Accounting/Finance
Minimum 8+ Years of Experience
Relevant certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) will be preferred
Very Good Verbal, written, and communication skills in both Arabic & English
Experience in Accounting software and ERP systems
Strong personality, ability to manage a team, work under pressure, and analytical capabilities
Transferrable iqama
