Job Description Job Description/Responsibilities: · Collaborate with consultant and contractor engineers, technical office team, etc. to comply the specifications of the project · Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements. · Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities. · Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met · Supervise the work of laborers, Technicians etc. and give them guidance when needed · Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports · Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues · Monitor Performance, Targets, Quality Achievements · Lead Weekly Meetings with Consultants, Contractors and ID · Lead The team and coordinate with other departments. · Achieve Company Principals and Targets · Proven experience as construction Civil Engineer, With 3-5 Years Minimum experience. · In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles. · Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards. · Good knowledge of MS Office · Familiarity with construction/ project management software. · Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. · Excellent organizational and time-management skills. · Wide Experience in High End villas Projects is must. · A team player with High leadership abilities. · Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering, From Reputed University. · PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage. · Formal English language skills is must. · High Formal Communication skills is must. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Fluency in English Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and a Project Scheduling Tools (such as MS Project, Primavera or other) 3-5 years of relative experience in finishing and MEP works coordination.
