Educating clients about the website and ensuring that it performs properly
Continuously checking the performance of the website
Giving technical help
Creating and upgrading web pages
Evaluating the form and content
Working with the development team to assess and fix usability issues
Tracking, compiling and analyzing website usage data
Developing or documenting website content style standards
Developing or implementing methods for continuous website revision
Set up or manage web server monitoring systems
المهارات
Bachelor degree in computer science or technology related subject
Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field
Thorough awareness of web technology and social media
Good understanding of site design, web design, and SEO
Familiarity with web application and networking devices
Outstanding customer service abilities
Strong verbal and oral language skills
Ability to work in a team and deliver high-quality output under pressure
Self-motivated and good analytical skills
Strong work ethic, prioritization ability, and time management
Quick learner with a favorable feeling
Ensure positive relations with stakeholders groups
