Contracting Supervisor

الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:

● Contract with all suppliers as requested by the Product Manager;

● Collect contracts and complete including signatures at the right time to meet our annual product

cycle’s needs;

● Negotiate the best rates with the best terms and conditions possible.

● Check all contracts to ensure accurate & adequate information is included before sending them to

the General Manager for signing.

● Make sure that all contracting activities are carried out in accordance with Saudi legislation &

company policy.

● Keep yourself aware of the market trends, analyze opportunities when new suppliers open, and

know what our competition buys. Regularly keep the Management informed of this.

● Ensure a clean and correct contracting database of EXO Saudi Arabia following EXO procedures.

Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales & Marketing skills and ability to work under pressure with time limit.
Analytical thinking, and strong estimating and pricing skills.
Ability to take decisions and solve problems on your own.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staffs
Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
