Operational Daily Follow Up
Prepare Daily Performance Report, including all the KPIs agreed.
Discuss with supervisors / RSM the green and the red areas.
Share with Sales Director the action taking to fix.
Support to Solve SAP & BW Issues.
Operational Policies & Systems
Follow up Sales Commission preparation and ensure timely release.
Sales Target – Automation and management.
Managing And controlling system authorization
Managing and follow up sales commission system, Templates and process.
Arrange for Sales Meetings and prepare required data & Presentation Templates.
Managing and review forecast & stock issues with the concern.
Collect, review and calling for meeting to discuss and approve commission exceptions.
Go-To-Market Support
Maintain the right coverage plan to serve the customer effectively
Using Nielsen Data evaluate current situation and increase the coverage for weighted customers
Maintain the right number of resources to achieve the organization objectives.
Filed Work (at least 2 branches a month)
Evaluate the Coverage (# of Customers, Active Customers & Weight of Customers 20/80)
Evaluate Availability of A Class SKUs.
Implement & Follow up Sales KPIs
Monthly Sales Target
Distribution Targets (Vertical)
Monthly Coverage (Horizontal)
New Customers
Returns percentage
Variables Selling Expenses
