Requirements:
Develops and oversees the implementation of the department’s policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of IT activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers
Directs the implementation of IT frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, policies, processes, procedures, and quality frameworks across the various IT units.
Follow-up and monitor within IT regulator Technology Policies, Processes and Procedures
Implementation of and compliance with the cybersecurity/privacy/ Business Continuity requirements
Oversee and supervise the management of suppliers and vendors and their adherence to contract terms and SLAs.
Analyzing and selecting IT vendors & solutions
ensuring good security processes and solutions are in place to mitigate or remediate identified risks sufficiently to meet business objectives and contractual and regulatory requirements.
Manage the IT services catalogue, and risk register
المهارات
Certified in COBIT, ITIL, ISO20000
Any Arabic National
