Assist the Facilities Manager in all aspects of project implementation as needed.
Support the Facilities Manager with external contacts as needed.
Manage the clients service request and direct to respective departments as deemed necessary.
Represent the Facilities Department in inter-departmental meetings to support and facilitate communication and action between departments. .
Coordinate all Facilities activities, work direction, and support systems.
Supervise and train facility employees and contractors as needed.
Independently maintain and update administrative policies and processes.
Set up, maintain, and organize department’s central files, information, filing, and messages.
Assist facilities staff in locating parts, supplies, and materials.
Prepare and maintain RFP’s, bid information, and other contract documents.
Prepare internal bill-backs and documents for events supported by the Facilities organization.
Provide administrative support to the Facilities team.

Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance management software (CMMS), such as INFOR,MAXIMO
Average understanding of Microsoft Project a must
Demonstrated experience in personnel management
Technically competent with various software programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
Flexible during times of change
Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines
Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including many departments within the business
Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise
Strong written and oral communication skills
Adept at conducting research into project-related issues
Customer service skills
The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
: Minimum 5 years experience in the Facilities Maintenance Management field
: Fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic a plus
: BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering
