Function:
HVAC sales engineers are responsible for selling heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to commercial clients. They may also be tasked with providing ongoing support and maintenance once the equipment has been installed.
Responsibilities:
Develop proposals, generating high-quality sales leads, prepare quotations and negotiate with customers. following up after initial contact, securing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales & collection, and arranging deliveries.
Determine customer need and work closely with customers to determine the most cost-effective and sellable solutions, thereby increasing and sustaining customer loyalty.
Conduct post sale follow-ups with customers to ensure all sales agreements have been accomplished and customers are satisfied with all aspects of the transaction.
Follow-up with internal and external contacts in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and timely sales activity information in Company sales management and
reporting tools including, but not limited to, Outlook, booking and project management and turnover documentation. Record sales leads, contacts, referrals, future
opportunities, follow-ups, key names and addresses.
المهارات
Must have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Industrial Engineering
2 to 5 years of experience in related field
Must have sales experience in related field
High communication and selling skills
Good level of English
Must be dynamic and motivated
