Specialist Sales analyst

The Job Role:This position is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of sales-related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity

Design report layout and format so that data is presented effectively

- Partner with the IT team to develop simple, intuitive and easy to use reporting features and scalable data collection.

- Work with senior management team to explain sales, variances and trends versus prior year and budget

- Provide analysis to senior management team to develop strategic plans and interpret the strategic plans into the annual budgeting file

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports that include month-end operating reports and monthly sales summary for the different channels of business, inventory reports and commission reports.

- Design and generate ad-hoc reports as requested by the senior management team, business leaders and other stakeholders.

- Maintain data integrity by reviewing auditing and cleansing database

- Provide recommendations to standardize and enhance database, reports and analysis

- Provide support to Management team as needed

- Special projects as assigned

- التعاون مع فريق تكنولوجيا المعلومات لتطوير ميزات إعداد تقارير بسيطة وبديهية وسهلة الاستخدام وجمع بيانات قابلة للتطوير.

- العمل مع فريق الإدارة العليا لشرح المبيعات والفروق والاتجاهات مقابل السنة السابقة والميزانية

- تقديم التحليل لفريق الإدارة العليا لتطوير الخطط الإستراتيجية وتفسير الخطط الإستراتيجية في ملف الموازنة السنوية

- إعداد تقارير يومية وأسبوعية وشهرية تتضمن تقارير تشغيل نهاية الشهر وملخص مبيعات شهري لقنوات الأعمال المختلفة وتقارير المخزون وتقارير العمولات.

- تصميم وإنشاء تقارير مخصصة حسب طلب فريق الإدارة العليا وقادة الأعمال وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.

- الحفاظ على سلامة البيانات من خلال مراجعة تدقيق وتطهير قاعدة البيانات

- تقديم توصيات لتوحيد وتعزيز قاعدة البيانات والتقارير والتحليلات

- تقديم الدعم لفريق الإدارة حسب الحاجة

- مشاريع خاصة حسب التكليف

المهارات
- University degree in business /statistics /Marketing/Finance

- Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience within management reporting and sales/business analyses, preferably within a retail environment

- In depth knowledge of databases

- Technical skills in Excel, ERP and/ or other relevant

- Bilingual English/Arabic

- Strong computer literacy

- Project management

- Intellectual capacity to digest complex information

- Able to work in a matrix organization, interacting between functional areas
