الوصف الوظيفي The Data Analytics Planning Specialist is responsible for the Financial Planning Process and Data Management including but not limited to maintenance of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Application, relevant integrations with SAC for the Central Budgeting office encompassing the various Planning Users across all the Departments, and ensuring the operation of the Planning process, data quality control, and analytics of the entire planning process. Business Warehouse, Data Integrity, Management Account Reporting, Analytics, Dashboard, Digital Boardroom. Scope of Work • Develops and implements the planning process for efficient planning process/functionality data compilation for the Budgeting office. • Develops and maintains SAC Data models, data actions, and user interface. • Design and build SAC planning models, templates, forecasting, and budget models, and relevant analytics & dashboards to support the business’s key KPIs. • Liaise with the key stakeholders to gather and understand their business requirements to develop management account reports, dashboard, analytics, and digital boardroom using SAC, Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports, Web Intelligence Rich Client • Extracting data from various sources such as SAP, SAC, Business Warehouse, Excel, MS Access • Conducts studies and provides analytics with decision-support information. • Develops and implements data security measures for securing the digital planning process. • Develops and implements SAC Calendar workflows for efficient handling of various planning process data compilation across all the Departments. • Liaises with the Senior Business Manager and Business Analysts in the Division to collect and analyze financial and business data and support the decision-making with ad-hoc reports. • Provides training and support to the data management system users in the Division and across Departments. • Develops and implements protocols for data collection and quality control to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data. • Liaises with other relevant departments to ensure compatibility and alignment of the Planning data management systems with data management infrastructure and policies. • Responsible, for live data or importing data connections from various data sources including but not limited to SAP ECC, S4/HANA, HANA Cloud, Concur, SuccessFactors, ARIBA, IBP, and other non-SAP applications. • Design, Architect, and implement by translating the Functional requirements into the Financial Planning business processes. • Develops project plans for Planning model implementation, support, changes, and upgrades. Develops implementation plans for complex requests for change. • Leads and monitors support processes and identify areas for improvements • Initiates and monitors actions to investigate and resolve problems in systems, processes, and services.
