الوصف الوظيفي
Master Trainer in the upcoming project: -

1.  Taking initial test of peoples interested in learning SMOT (Sewing Machine Operator Training.)

2.  Start-up training by following AAMT manual to the operators.

3.  Training sessions including theoretical lectures on different technical points.

4.  Training of Quality persons,

5.  Managing production,

6.  Layout making & setting according to Lean management.

7.  Looking after Technical issues & resolving it.

8.  Updating training progress on weekly basis.

9.  Maintaining trainees’ record.

10.Technical advice to use proper needles, threads, machine setting.

11.Other work as per the need of time.

المهارات
Prior experience in a Master trainer position.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to identify gaps in skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
