Keep recruiting reports from pre-screening to onboarding stages ready for timely evaluation and analysis.
Oversee recruitment activities from end to end. Develop and update HR personnel manual, manpower plan, and maintain organization charts, and job descriptions in order to ensure the provision of effective HR support for internal customers and business stakeholders. Actively participate in OD projects.
Plans and fulfills recruitment timelines.
Maintain compliance-related regulations such as Labor Law, GOSI, etc. as they relate to Organizational Development.
Ensure the timely and cost-effective fulfillment of all open requisitions with quality talent, and proactively lead updates on all open positions.
Discuss existing organizational requirements to conduct an efficient talent hiring process.
Understand the role of each profile in the organization and create clear job requirement templates.
Survey major hiring portals to upload company requirements for appropriate candidates.

Ability to conduct interviews in a clear and concise manner.
A keen eye on minute details with enthusiasm to provide efficient sourcing solutions.
Skilled professional with a sound understanding of recruitment timelines and onboarding process.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter
Apt in deciding the most suitable interview arrangement as per the existing hiring scenario.
Professional education in Human Resource Management or subsequent domain. (Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred)
