You will work under the guidance of the Commercial and Category Finance Managers to maintain finance transactions, data, systems and reporting. You will also collect data and perform detailed checks/controls.
How you will contribute
You will:

• Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondel z International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and prepare data integrity checks
• Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
• Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Commercial and Category Finance Managers
• Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
• Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

More about this role
What you need to know about this position:
• Participate in IBP (Integrated Business Plan) cycle
• Partner with the commercial team to collect and consolidate sell-out data
• Maintain daily tracker of all accruals and settlements
• Work on customer trade spends analysis
• Support Finance team with ad-hoc reports
• Support financial planning, performance management and related financial decisions including but not limited to category planning, month end closing accounting activities and pricing related activities
• Be involved in monitoring brand/category wise financial performance and reporting/analysis
• Help in preparing deck, financial modeling, project management and support business in decision making process
• Partner with marketing and other functions to help deliver financial goals of the business unit
• Support a strong internal controls and compliance environment in the organization
• Drive for harmonization, efficiencies, and improvements to ways of working.
Education / Certifications:
Accounting/ Finance Graduate with SOCPA registration.
Job specific requirements:
3-5 years experience in a similar field
