About Job:
The KG Coordinator for Daily Operations will assist and support the KG Principal to ensure that each and every student receives effective education that enables them to reach their full potential and achieve the highest education standards possible.
Job Description
Clearly and effectively articulate the school’s vision to all KG staff members.
Assist the KG Principal in translating the school’s vision for its KG classes into agreed objectives and effective operational methods.
Secure the KG Development Plan by ensuring that self-evaluation takes place in order to identify clear and precise priorities and targets that focus on improving learner achievement.
Assist and support the KG Principal in creating a whole school ethos of effective teaching and learning that enables learners to succeed academically and show and sustain an improvement in their moral, spiritual, cultural, mental, and physical development.
Motivate, collaborate with, and work alongside others to create a shared community that is committed to the vision and aim of the Academy.
Encourage innovation, creativity, and appropriate new technologies to provide customized/personal learning for all learners to maximize their progress and development.
Create and sustain an effective learning environment that promotes and secures good teaching, effective learning, high achievement standards, good behavior, and discipline.
Ensure that appropriate standards of professional performance are established and maintained and that corrective action and follow-up through coaching and mentoring are taken for underperformance at all levels.
Ensure and nurture the development of each and every KG Learning Guide and learner.
Creates, manages, and maintains a system for monitoring student progress, ensuring a consistent and continuous focus on KG students’ achievement.
Establish creative, innovative, and practical approaches to learning and teaching.
Ensure that learning is at the heart of every activity.
Build a culture and ethos of challenge and support, where all pupils can achieve their personal best.
المهارات
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
University Degree: College Degree – in education
English Language Fluency.
Ability to use Microsoft Office Programs.
High flexibility and ability to adapt to work variables and emergent matters.
Assume work pressure, and the ability to organize time and priorities continuously.
Ability to establish good work relationships with all relevant parties in the work environment.
Total discipline in time and achieving tasks on time.
Ability to supervise and lead.
