Job Summary Supervise and planning pipeline operations, technical activities, maintenance operations by directing Pipes Engineers and technicians to conduct CCTV inspections for the pipelines and repair malfunctions as well as perform project management for the area.Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsure the implementation of the Pipelines Services Manager function’s objectives, plans, policies & procedures and assure they serve as basis for all the function’s operations.Prepare the cost evaluation to prepare the final offer and technical discussions. With managing customer requirements.Ensure to compliance the Pipelines Services to the company’s policies and regulations to avoid any discrepancies or unsatisfactory results.Roles and General Activity:Attend in Meetings at customer’s location/ Online to explain, services also to understand and know the requirements of the customer.Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with customers.Prepare and manage technical maintenance expense budget to complete required repairs/upgrades at a minimum cost and perform budget re-forecasting as appropriate.Apply expert knowledge of all pipelines regulations necessary to recognizing errors in construction projects and recommend solutions to manage these inaccuracies.Prepare estimates for pipeline inspection, maintenance and pipe repair operations to provide quotations to the customer.guidance and supervising the maintenance of CCTV equipment on a periodic basis to ensure that the pipeline inspection process is not delayed.Prepare a weekly report showing pipeline maintenance scheduling, what has been repaired and the amount of maintenance costsContinuous development and training of pipeline inspectors to ensure comprehensive familiarity with equipment and testing strategies.develops safety procedures for pipeline maintenance and ensures workers are trained and in compliance.Responsible for the pre-qualification of the company in different authorities and projects for the CCTV and pipelines repair.Build a relationship with new customers through marketing for different the company agencies and utilities and maintaining a good relationship with existing customers by following up with them, raising the level of customer satisfaction and offering competitive offers.
المهارات
Pipeline Inspector Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, data analytics, or similar.Pipeline Construction Inspector certification.Proficiency in pipeline inspection software such as ITpipes, PipeLogix, and GIS-based systems.Excellent knowledge of OSHA and PHSMA regulations.Experience with inspection equipment such as pipeline inspection gauges, sonar, and magnetic flux systems.
