Evaluate financial statements to streamline your daily processes.
Maintain accurate month-end records by examining all financial statements.
Assist the independent auditor in conducting an annual evaluation of company records.
Prepare accurate reports on all the financial closing statements of the company.
Analyze reconciling bank statements, and monitor company finances to issue accurate and insightful reports within defined deadlines.
Comply with financial policies and regulations.
We need a QUALIFIED accountant (5 years experience), Arabic native with very good English skills, SMACC, transferable iqama, “immediately” ready to join work, should have his own car.
Only dedicated, punctual & reliable professionals should send CVs. Salary: 4000 & can be increased over time as per performance.
Responsibilities
Follow-up schedule for check and Balance:
· Transactions
· Quotations.
· Petty cash
· Follow the pending Amount strictly from clients.
· Check with Marketing Dept.
· Teamwork with other Accountant
· Staff Finger Print Check & Salary cut accordingly.
· Payroll, Mudud
· VAT & Financial Reports.
· Payments on due dates
· Weekly & Daily reports to Boss
· Payments of salaries, commission & Targets of Marketeers
· Financial plan for the company
· Purchase Orders & Emails from Clients
· Collected Amount’s report to Boss
· Saving data to keep a record on Hard Disk
· Managing yearly External auditing, planning it and closing each year
· Tasneif for a Construction company gradation
· Loan process follow-ups for the company.

Qualifications
· Bachelors in Accounts or above
· SMACC program

Enthusiastic candidate with an Accounting background, ready to tackle the challenges in the core Finance domain.
Apt in handling financial tasks like budgeting, planning, and calculating variance which reduces business expenses.
Proven command of negotiation skills to build long-lasting partnerships with clients.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Sound knowledge of different types of financial reports and balance sheets.
Hands-on experience in handling MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
