Assesses patient, initiates needed nursing care and makes appropriate referrals to other disciplines. Conducts community visits to provide care to patients at home according to treatment and care plan.
Properly uses the IMC/ HHC equipment and reports any damage.
Observes patients for changes in condition and reports changes appropriately to physician or designee.
Obtains orders for changes in the medical plan of treatment to respond to the patient’s conditions.
Documents all observations and interventions in an accurate and timely way; using both written and electronic documentation as required and instructed.
Initiates and sustains implementations of orders for medication and treatments as prescribed by the physician in the physician’s plan of treatment.
Qualifications :
B.Sc in Nursing
2 or more years of Experience in Hospital Setting
Computer skills, Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
