الوصف الوظيفي Portfolio Management: · Ensures that project leads and/or service owners adhere to the agreed portfolio management approach and timetable and that they provide the appropriate information to agreed targets of timelines and accuracy · Produces reports as appropriate for portfolio governance, including making recommendations for changes to the portfolio Relationship Management: · Identifies the communications needs of each stakeholder group in conjunction with business owners and subject matter experts · Translates communications/stakeholder engagement strategies into specific tasks. · Facilitates open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining and working to stakeholder engagement strategies and plans Innovation: · Actively monitors for, and seeks, opportunities, new methods, trends, capabilities and products to the advancement of the organization. · Clearly articulates, and formally reports potential benefits from both structural and incremental change. · Encourages and motivates colleagues to share creative ideas and learn from failures. · Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential application on client engagements · Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients · Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of his/her position. المهارات Business analysis, client management, portfolios/ projects management, and process improvement methodologies Bachelor in Information Technology or related field https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/portfolio-manager-4515736/ |
