Our client: A leading conglomerate with diversified business is expanding one of their operations in the Kingdom and they are looking to hire a seasoned professional to head their marketing agency.
Your role: A successful candidate would be partnering with the Managing Director in achieving margin targets through a combination of execution and commercial competency. Provides leadership to its team and set the direction to ensure flawless execution of all deliverables. Manage P&L;, drive business development and expand customer base. Create an operation strategy to minimize loss and implement initiatives to reduce company costs and increase employee productivity.
المهارات
Saudi National. The role demands a strategic leader with strong commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mentality. Strong communicator and able to provide a high level of motivation within the team. 12 years of experience in operations and should have a solid background from a leading advertising agency. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Advertising, or similar field. Exceptional presentation skills and a solid understanding of target segments across the Kingdom.
