Manage and lead the team by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating employees, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to maximize the performance of the subordinate.
Ensure that the most suitably qualified team member is appointed in the event of a vacancy and approves the recruitment of all team members.
Check and approve all team members timesheets/payroll and approves leave requests.
Contribute to the preparation of the warehouses budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified.
Support Supply Chain Sr. Manager in the improvement of the warehousing policies and procedures and direct the implementation of instructions covering all areas of warehousing activities while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Supervises the day-to-day operations to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
Maintain physical condition of all warehouses by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair, maintenance and requisitions for replacement.
Ensure the storage of material following the qualitative classification.
Make sure all warehouses have the required licenses and documents.
Make sure all safety systems & equipment in a good condition and ready to use.
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
Manage the physical inventory and make sure matching the systems.
Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of all warehouses activities.
Monitor the quality of services provided.
Solve all warehousing issues and provide the continuous feedback and guidance to the team.
Make sure all relevant health safety procedures, emergency plan are applied.
Cooperate with the team members and cover them when required.
Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Education
Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or chemist
Language
Arabic (Must) – English (Must)
Experience
minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Warehouse
Saudi national only
