SUPERVISOR, BUILDING MAINTENANCE

Summary
Organizes and supervises maintenance and repairs of all Hospital and residential buildings. Ensures that facilities are in a good and safe condition at all times.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

1. Receives and repairs work orders for maintenance.

2. Analyzes orders and determines tools, equipment, and parts required. Assigns subordinates as needed and gives them instructions as procedures to be followed.

3. Supervises work in progress. Inspects all completed work for quality and compliance with specifications.

4. Assists with orientation of new employees. Performs necessary training and evaluates employees’ performance to ensure quality operations.

5. Ensures that job sites kept in a neat, orderly condition after completion of tasks.

6. Selects and procures tools, supplies and spare parts.

7. Maintains records of projects, manpower utilization, tools inventory, and related records.

8. Provides assistance with departmental budget estimates.

9. Follows all prescribed safety procedures.

Education
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or other related discipline is required.

Experience Required
One (1) year of related experience with Master’s or three (3) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Other Requirements(Certificates)
Saudi driver’s license is required.
