Ensure and maintain the quality of Nahdi Private Label products through conducting Quality Assurance testing, audits, comparison with competitors’ products, compliance with governmental requirements, managing the product specification database...etc. in order to maintain the competitiveness and legality of Nahdi Private Label products. Responsible for the complete life cycle of new/modified IT systems, from analyzing existing processes and gathering requirements to implementing systems, testing and providing training. He is also Responsible for managing the lifecycle of all problems. Identifying the root cause of a problem, preventing Incidents from happening, and minimizing the impact of Incidents that cannot be prevented The main responsibilities of a System User include process improvement and cooperating with other superusers, the process owners and the Business Process Office. This includes identifying improvement opportunities and change management within the team. Supporting on information security processes, monitoring of network anomalies and implementing cybersecurity safeguards to protect computer systems, networks, and data. Knowledge on the latest intelligence, including hackers’ methodologies, to anticipate security breaches.
