JOB PURPOSE
Drive projects, execute and refine omnichannel campaigns to build strong disease awareness, accelerate patient’s diagnosis and optimize treatment outcomes.
KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Supporting team to execute omnichannel campaigns and projects * Lead and oversee the development and implementation of innovative digital content strategies to enable customer engagement and create positive value impact on the business * Ensure timely delivery of content vs plan (e.g liaising with franchise teams or directly with agencies where relevant, ensuring content validation is completed on PromoMats) * Be the central point for Customer Experience, campaign management and execution across all customer channels * Tracking: monitoring of campaigns, delivery of agreed KPIs, reporting & driving optimization * Assess content performance and providing recommendations for improvement * Responsible to train the teams and newcomers on customer engagement tools and channels usage * Screening DAM for relevant content and localizing content and recommending it to the teams in their content planning for campaigns across the channels * Responsible to create the editorial plan and enhancement of RD Nexus within Campus Sanofi * Put in place strategies and execute tactics to drive traffic to RD Nexus Campus Sanofi * Act as a point of contact and liaison with Omnichannel team for all related RD projects * Ensuring all processes for projects and materials are in-line with corporate governance * Meet projects KPIs and requirements

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree preferably Pharmacy/Medicine, MBA or Academic Marketing Degree is preferable *
Experience:
+ Minimum of 3 years commercial experience + Specialty Care experience is a must + RD experience is a plus + For internal applicants 12 months service in Sanofi is a must *
Skills:
* Knowledge of digital solutions to integrate to improve patient care * Strong follow up abilities and project management skills * Ability to develop accurate, meaningful, and reliable reports to management as well as other parts of the organization * Analytical abilities * Able to manage by influence, driving cross functional teams around country Projects * Self-starter and ability to work independently as well as with other team members * Good communicator, at a variety of levels, from sharing own vision to detailed implementation questions * High commitment to business/Projects results and to team achievements * Team player/ Multicultural knowledge and understanding
