Main Job Purpose:
This role will take care of all GL and control activities for BUD
Role & Responsibilities:
* Managing the overall health and reconciliation of ledgers. * Control all Salary and payroll related tasks managed locally that includes reconciliation of balances with Govt portal and maintaining a log of variances. * Overall responsibility of monthly EOS master data update, and ensuring monthly accruals are taken based on updated information * Working with HRBP and relevant functions to conclude a monthly salary reconciliation * Manage all common costs cross charges between Unilever entities involving BUD * Closely work with Supply Chain teams to ensure all stock related controls are executed, authorize all stocks movements, and take lead in ensuring financial impact is correctly reflected in Financials * Own monthly process of Stock provisions and control * Manage all Logistics Reporting * Lead the full month-end accrual process and closing books of accounts * Manage margin correction review as shared by CD Finance and execute in SAP * Work with actuarial for yearly IFRS-19 valuation * Prepare year Overheads plans * Support team with quarterly Balance Sheet review and lead own area * Help BUD financial controller with Global Financials Controls Framework self-assessment and closing Gaps * Manager any Ad-hoc request
Key Skills:
* Professional accounting qualification * +5 Years of Experience in Accounting / Finance * Prior experience with Controlling preferred * Passion for Growth * Experience managing 3PSP (preferred but not necessary) * Internal controls and process management * Experience in systems automation * Information Management * Excellent communication skills Vielfalt ist Teil unserer Kultur!
