Time2ImpactSaudi program includes (but is not limited to) :

Working in 1 Core function for 6 months (Marketing)
Doing 2 sub-function rotations (Potentially Trade Marketing, Media or Marketing in our Dubai Office)
Possibility of doing 1 rotation of 3 month in our Dubai office

With complete involvement from the first day, you’ll be part of a team that bring our leading brands to millions. You’ll take responsibility for marketing projects from the outset. This could include new product launches, in-store promotional activities or involvement with the creative approach. The key focus will be on ‘learning through doing’ but with the support of our marketing team.

What we are looking for
Academic achievement:

Successful score at Reckitt Graduate Assessment Test (this will be sent to you few days after applying)
Graduating from a Saudi University in 2022 or being a 2021 Graduate from a Saudi University
2021 graduate will be required to have acquired relevant experience in Marketing to be considered
Bachelor relevance to the role specialty
Excellent GPA / Major GPA
Mobility:

Ability to live and work in Jeddah for the time of the program (1 year) from 17th July 2022
Open and mobile for a potential 2/3 month stay abroad (this will depend on project availability and is not guaranteed)
Soft Skills:

English fluency and influential communication

Highly sought after candidates:

Having an first experience in an FMCG company and/or in Marketing is a bonus
