الوصف الوظيفي Essential Responsibilities and Duties 1.Assists in developing, implementing, continuously monitoring and updating as necessary the Division’s mission, goals, objectives, policies and procedures and other official documents. 2.Monitors assigned work, established priorities, performance, and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery process; assesses and monitors workload, and identifies opportunities for improvement. 3.Assists in the preparation of annual operating budget for all assigned services/functions, and monitors and keeps expenditures within budget. 4.Assists in maintaining accountability for authorized Support Services activities regarding the control and effective utilization of physical assets and financial resources of the Hospital. 5.Commits to the implementation of various programs such as Performance Improvement Projects, Zero Harm Initiative, Safety Huddle Meeting, Satisfaction Surveys, and other operational activities to measure performance matrix for enhancing service quality, efficiency, and satisfaction. 6.Participates in determining the needs for contractual services, preparation of Scope of Works, RFPs, Tenders, Bid Opening, Bid Review and Technical Examination, Preliminary and final Acceptance, and related activities, as assigned. 7.Implements effective contractual management of approved outsourced services through regular performance and payment monitoring, contract compliance, and satisfaction surveys as assigned. 8.Maintains collaborative and effective relationships with other key management personnel and keeps abreast of significant economic, social and technical trends, and regulatory guidelines, which may influence assigned functions/services and/or the Hospital. 9.Ensures that administrative support and resources are adequately provided to all Hospital areas as assigned. 10.Ensures efficient operation and maintenance of the Hospital equipment under Support Services Division as assigned. 11.Upholds, promotes, initiates, and maintains accreditation in international accrediting bodies (i.e. JCIA, CBAHI, ISO, etc.) as assigned. 12.Ensures the most effective utilization of the departments’ work force resources. Plans the future work force requirements for the departments in coordination with the Heads as assigned. 13.Participates in self and others education, training and development as applicable. 14.Follows all Hospital policies and procedures. 15.Performs other related duties as assigned.
