Establish a deep understanding of cosmetic & perfume manufacturing business, internal processes, and overall supply chain, operations, and inventory management processes.
Lead the item planning process ensuring the bottom-up items/ volume forecast are aligned with category targets.
Analyze item Sales, Margin, OOS, Rate of Sale, item productivity, and damage expiration performance vs goal; create and drive action plans to improve the business.
Develop efficient inventory flows to improve on quality and; performance KPIs across core-categories, working alongside business development teams and suppliers.
Close collaboration with Suppliers to optimize fulfillment and achieve best-in-class fill-rates.
Stay updated on inventory management/ supply chain best practices in an e-commerce and last mile delivery environment.
Balance attention to detail with swift execution- we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
Self-starter- the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the date we require will make you much more effective in this role.
Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Develop and utilize demand forecast models.
Administer and mange local/national contracts for supplies and service.
Develop and implement plans to achieve annual fixed and supply costs savings
Act as am mentor and train other members for the business unit and the project team in order to foster a high performance team environment.
المهارات
Educational/ certificates/ Licenses
MBA Or Bachelor Degree in Supply chain Management, Engineering, IT, or related field
Professional Certificates in (CSCP, CSCP, CPSM, CPIM, and CE) or any comparable accreditations are preferable.
10 Years’ Experience of relevant job roles
Skills:
Strategic sourcing and procurement experience; preferable in an operational procurement function
Experience leading new or start- up related projects where processes will need to be defined, implanted and iterated/ refined.
In- depth understanding of best in class procurement practices (category management, bench marking, should-cost models, RFx).
