الوصف الوظيفي Duties and responsibilities: 1-Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. 2- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. 3- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. 4- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports. 5- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. 6- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. 7- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements. 8- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events. 9- Follow up customers’ orders with logistics. 10- Submitting the related reports to sales team periodically. 11- Ensure adherence to laws and policies. 12- Planner/Coordinator between sales & production. 13- Frequently visiting & follow up with warehouse to maintain stocks of the Pipe & Fitting department. المهارات · Problem solving · Interpersonal work relationship · Adaptability and working under pressure · Communication skills · Intermediate in English reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. · Intermediate in Microsoft Office especially advance Excel required. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/Ù ÙظÙ-دع٠-ع٠Ùاء-customer-support-4496981/ |
