Architect Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
· Create plans and drawings which clearly outline the architectural design of the project

· Prepare and reviews architectural studies, design drawings and documents, and material and equipment specifications

· Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create the ideal finished product

· Conduct site evaluations to ensure the quality of work and adherence to safety standards

· Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire process

· Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

· Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities

· Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

· Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

· Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills

· Negotiation for running project

· Ability to manage teams

· Highly motivated, self-starter able to work autonomously and drive the work they own forward effectively

· Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills

· Excellent relationships network with contractors
