To assist in the development, testing, rollout and support of digital sales solutions
Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and documenting best practices within the organization
Create metrics to measure business processes
Work closely with other departments and external partners such as Accenture
Periodically review existing models and business reports
Monitor and evaluate business tasks objectively
Create Excel based models and work on Microsoft Power BI
Assist the Capability Building Team to reply to Helpdesk tickets
Analyse business master data requirements
Communicate with other business functions
Periodically visit customers and engage in field activities to understand gaps
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree (preferable in a Business or IT related field)
1+ years of experience. Any experience in a functional role is advantageous.
We are also open to hiring fresh graduates who demonstrate good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft products
Good understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Ability to quickly grasp business process flows
English, Arabic (preferable)
