General Maintenance Supervisor

The ideal candidate will be involved with site supervising and coordinating with subcontractors renovating residential buildings, would have good experience and good exposure to market in civil works, paints, tiles, plumbing, carpentry, aluminum works and electricity

Responsibilities

Provide Knowledge of materials, methods, plumbing, electricity, painting, tiles, gypsum works and finishing works and involved in the construction or repair of houses, building, of other structures,

To provide skilled journey level work and supervision in the installation, replacement, adjustment, repair, and planned maintenance necessary to maintain reliable and functionally efficient operations of MEP works.

Supervise, train, and evaluate assigned staff; assign, distribute, and coordinate work.

المهارات
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance and construction

Good Communication skills.

Have Car

Based in Jeddah

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Ability to join immediately.
