We are currently in search of a highly-analytical and qualified estimator for prepare accurate estimates for projects by gathering information, analyzing important metrics, and conducting regular risk assessments.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing plans, bills of quantities, specifications, and other project documentation in order to estimate projects cost.
Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
Resolves discrepancies by preparing inquiries list prior to pricing.
Maintains up to date cost prices & suppliers details (national & international) database.
Working closely with key members of the project team and liaising with suppliers.
Collect and keep different quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
Keeping detailed records and writing reports.
Analyze budgets and prices using software packages.
Conduct regular risk assessments.
