Your Role: The role needs a strategic leader who can partner with the CEO for the people and organization strategy.You would have worked with large, complex organizations and your career should have taken you through transformations and organizations in an expansion mode. You would lead on design, deployment and clear articulation of the short and long term HR strategy. Keeping the overall business strategy and objectives front and centre you would lead on the review of organization design, HR strategy, transformation support to different business units in line with changing business needs and markets. Develop, deploy and ensure that the organization embraces the new ways of working, people related interventions to enable business readiness and employee growth. Review, collate and prepare the annual manpower plan and budget for the organization and monitor adherence to the same. Prepare annual budget for the HR function and ensure adherence to the same; identify measures to increase cost-efficiency of HR and Administration activities. Lead HR initiatives including corporate branding strategy, multi-country organizational review and re-engineering, developing strategic partnerships with government entities & affiliate organizations, overseeing the design of the annual HR budget, ensuring performance improvement opportunities are capitalized, leading and guiding project management teams, ensuring KPI’s are in line with targets, ensuring organization is designed to meet current and future business demands & it has a strong bench for leadership positions, setting a competitive Compensation & Benefits design, performance management and reviewing, establishing & implementing group policies and guidance to comply with governance requirements and internal control. The role needs a self-starter with the ability to be strategic and hands-on when required, possess a strong value system a solid work ethic and a track record that reflects the ability to positively impact the culture of an organization. Entrepreneurial orientation and the ability to influence change is critical.

Must Haves: You will hold a degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent 18+ years of relevant HR experience gained from a large format organization with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Saudi nationals only.
