Your role: Your role is to shape, deliver and embed organizational development strategies, learning, and best practices to build a culture that aligns with the client’s values and aims and will achieve sustained high performance and an excellent working environment. This will include partnering on ongoing business transformation and cultural evolution in a dynamic internal and external environment. Organizational Design - to better leverage common elements across the organization and deliver joined-up working with the teams. Develop and execute a talent strategy to support the business partner’s strategic agenda. Drive people planning within business partner functions. Lead, plan and execute organization development initiatives as needed by the commercial functions, such as organization design, change management, organizational effectiveness programs, employee coaching, career development. Proactively work with commercial functions on workforce planning, and strategic staffing
المهارات
Must-haves: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred, in Business, HRM, OD, or Psychology. Experience in partnering with Senior Executive level roles. Strong communications, decision-making skills, interpersonal and influence skills.
