Job Function:
Assisting Technical Support Section Head to ensure Electronics service Maintenance Management System reliability.
Responsibilities:
Reviews and updates master PMIs related to Electronics Service equipment/systems.
Reviews, updates and modifies Job Plans for projects’ maintained assets and defines standard maintenance frequencies, task timing, and crafts involvement related to Electronics Service.
Reviews and approves the Preventive Maintenance Master plans for the projects’ maintained assets related to Electronics Service.
Reviews and updates the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) related to Electronics Service.
Evaluates technical skills of new recruits and applicants of Electronics service through approved technical tests and personal interviews.
Reviews and updates technical tests for all electronics trades.
Provide technical advice on technical bids, manpower, and other solutions to Electronics service issues to other head office departments, when asked.
Responsible for effective implementation of quality, occupational health & safety, and environmental management system requirements as applicable.

Coordinate with ISMS external/internal auditors
Any other assignment specified by Technical Support Department Manager.
