Carry out maintenance planes according to the maintenance system & coordinate same with the other dept. heads
Develop and execute an annual operating plan to prevent unplanned machine stoppage
Manage teams to develop best practices for mechanical/electrical maintenance and reduce plant downtime.
Making sure that the lines equipment is well maintained by following up all maintenance issues.
Provide accurate and timely plan layouts, feasibility studies for equipment selection.
Train technicians to do the Job safely and using the proper PPE- Personnel Protection Equipment.
Train and lead maintenance technicians into efficient troubleshooting and timely repairs.
Manage spare parts and consumables of all equipment, including recording, analyzing, and taking corrective action where required plus reporting and sharing the data with the engineering manager
Classify machines and leading TPM teams to reduce the maintenance cost and spare parts stock.
Enforce use of all safety PPE’s and safety procedures to prevent accidents and incidents.
Work in accordance with the TPM mindset and methodologies.
Periodic meetings with the maintenance staff are essential to solve all mechanical/electrical issues on the spot.
Provides accurate and timely department reports as required.
Keep records as technical logs for machine history, repair and overall maintenance.
Ensure that Technicians are reporting BDA – Break Down Analysis sheet in mechanical/electrical maintenance breakdowns and to get benefit of the best practices
Report all engineering performance parameters.
Motivate problem solving techniques, initiatives within his area’s team members.
Lead & participate actively in PM - Planned Maintenance activities.
Cascade down to his team members the company policy, directions, and strategy
Evaluate the performance of his team members through the performance evaluation process
Replace Maintenance manager during his vacations
Follow up& execute Capex plan
المهارات
At least 4 to 5 years’ experience with experience in the operation of beverages and / or food industries
Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical engineering.
Fully awareness of the industrial norms, i.e. utility consumption is a must.
Good communication & team work skills
Fluent in English language & good computer skills
Analytical skills, Trouble shooting skills.
Problem analysis, Basics of problem solving.
Identify and use opportunities to keep / restore equipment in basic conditions
Leadership , Planning and organizing, Decision maker, Quality-oriented
