1. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1- Leadership:
Lead with an adequate level of influencing & facilitation of all activities related to market planning (ie. demand & initiatives planning) area through work with related team members to ensure that all results are efficiently delivered, on time, and fully compliant with the approved process/producers.
2- Demand Planning:
Coordinates the meetings of the S&OP;cycle on a monthly basis with the needed preparation according to the company guidelines on time.
Updates and maintain the demand working file and get the inputs from different functions of marketing, trade marketing, and sales using the S&OP;process to ensure its full adherence.
Maintains the corrected base of actual sales on a monthly basis in order to ensure building the data of the yearly forecasts/budgets using a correct base.
Maintains 18 months rolling sales forecast for both national and international markets updated on a monthly basis and uploaded on SAP timely as per the company guidelines.
Coordinates with the supply planning team and ensures coverage of demand timely as per the company guidelines.
Work cross-functionally across multiple departments to collect information on promotions, sales/marketing initiatives, category growth and penetration initiatives, market data, and price fluctuations to improve the model and make better educated assumptions.
Develop Demand Forecasts at several levels of aggregation (category hierarchy and/or customer segment hierarchy), for weekly/monthly demand planning functions.
Create, analyze, and present visualizations around the statistical forecast model at a high level and with a drill-able functionality.
Work with big data, including preparing and cleaning data for statistical modeling.

3- Initiatives Planning
Coordinates the preparation of yearly Initiatives Master Plan IMP with the marketing and trade
marketing teams and maintain it updated on a monthly basis showing the recent status of every initiative.
Ensures the availability of the initiatives’ documents duly approved as per the company guideline before proceeding to the next stage(s) of the projects.
Working with all concerned to get PIPO (Phase-In/Phase-Out) plans appropriately and update the FCR accordingly.
Follows-up & through with each member of the delivery team in order to ensure delivering the needed task(s) on time & with quality and communicating delayed issues tasks and pending issues once they happened.
Communicate the main milestones of the initiatives (PE, FCR, LC, and PA) with all Initiatives Delivery teams, along with the senior management as well.
Coordinate, communicate and negotiate with the manipulation suppliers / co-packers to perform the required manipulation work.
Analyze and report the reasons for the delay, as per the standard analysis report. Recommend other aspects to measure and analyze the delay as well.
Measures the performance of the delivery team as per the company guideline and department KPIs and issue the reports on a monthly basis to the delivery team and their line managers to ensure accountability.
Maintains the library of historical data and key learnings from previous projects and releases the data for those who need it.

Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, and improvement of business processes.
Contributes to the identification of new business/products opportunities utilizing the existing resources in order to support the innovation cultures in the organization

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
BA or BSc degree.
Excellent influencer & result oriented & ability to work under pressure.
Computer literacy & smoothly handling ERP system.
Excellent command of the English language.
2-3 years of experience in the same field.
