الوصف الوظيفي ▪ Assisting in project design phase and development activities. ▪ Coordinate with the Design team to provide all the drawings that needed in the project. ▪ Coordinate with the client to provide all the required permits related the projects. ▪ Provide the contractor all the necessary documents. (Deed, construction permit,Kuroki, contract, Drawings, BOQ, CPO, etc.). ▪ Coordinate with all the project stakeholders after construction start to discuss all the information’s related to the project. (IT, Marketing, Business, Property Management, Furniture, Design, contractor, etc.). ▪ Coordinate with the client and the contractor to apply a request for the utility’sservices (Electricity, Water, Waste Water, and Telephone). ▪ Assisting the client to revise and approve the materials being submitted by the contractors. ▪ Assisting the client to revise and approve the shop drawings being submitted by the contractors. ▪ Ensuring project deadlines are met. ▪ Coordinate with a technical team to schedule a site visit if it’s needed. ▪ Make sure that all the works at the project being executed as per the approved shop drawings and specifications. ▪ Monitor and Track project progress and ensure all project activities are completed on-time and determine any delays or deviations. ▪ Oversee the consultants monitoring of the contractor’s execution. ▪ Develop project reports for management and clients. ▪ Interact with various teams to coordinate project activities. ▪ Inspection visiting’s during the projects execution to supervise the progress and ensure the contractor comply with the Specifications, Quality and the approved drawings. ▪ Attend project meetings and follow-up with outstanding tasks and important actions and decisions. ▪ Providing administrative and technical support as needed. ▪ Ensuring all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project and all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented. ▪ Assess and analyze the project (risks, issues, technical challenges) and provide solutions where applicable in a timely and accurate manner. ▪ Oversee project correspondences and prepare and review project related emails, letters, proposals, memos, meeting minutes and other documents. ” Revised and recommending all the Project payments (Contractors and Consultants). • Revised and recommending all the change ordered during the construction (Cost, Time). ” Coordinate with all the stakeholders to proceed with the delivery process (IT Equipment’s, Atm, Furniture, etc.) when the construction is completed. • Assist the client in the project close out stage as following: • Preliminary handover and monitor the rectification of the snag list. • Business and audit hand over. • SAMA Hand over. • Monitor of receipt all the necessary documents (AS Built Drawings, Warranties Certificates, Operation and Manuals). •Evaluate the contractors after the project completed as per standard. المهارات ▪ Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery. • Proven ability to solve problems creatively. • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle. • Excellent analytical skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful. • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline • Must be Very Good in English, Arabic & a third language would be an advantage - Using the Windows environment - Sales ability • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/project-manager-4466035/ |
