Review and study architectural drawings.
Planning and designing interior spaces.
Meet with the client to determine factors affecting planning interior spaces, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function.
Advise on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination.
Prepare all interior architectural working drawings including furniture plans, dimension plans, wall elevations, wall schedules, floor patterns, reflected ceiling plans, blow up details, furniture design book, finishing design book and sanitary design book.
Select and estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval.
Select or design furnishings and select fabrication, installation, and arrangement of carpeting, fixtures, accessories, draperies, paint and wall coverings, artwork, and other related items.
having market knowledge for availability of materials is preferred.
Render design ideas in the form of diagrams, drawings, and 3D models.
Visit site to ensure compliance with specifications, approve quality of materials and work, and advise contractors.
We have the ability to issue a work visa for certain international applicant.
المهارات
Experience in corporate & commercial design (Mixed use preferred).
Excellent portfolio of previous works.
Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max and Revit
Communication and presentation skills
