Our Client: A large regional FMCG player is looking to hire a Regional Product Development Manager for its sweets and condiments category.

Your Role: Reporting to the R&D;Director, you would be responsible for developing functional excellence in product and process design with the potential launch across the given region and other international market units for the particular product categories. Drive value transformation, quality, competitiveness, and local awareness of the portfolio. Apply product process analytics and develop a solid understanding of the segments and demand spaces. Keep abreast with the new development of ingredients, products, and technologies of the category.

المهارات
Must Have: You must have at least 5-8 years’ experience in product/process development within the FMCG space, mainly into the confectionary, baking or condiments industry. Proven track record of innovative product and process solutions. Bachelors Degree in Food Technology, Chemical or Bio-Engineering.
